Now you have to find a medium-sized item called a health dispenser. You will have to use these objects instead of the standard steampacks to heal your character. Fortunately, you won't have to pay for the treatment, and you'll be allowed to use each dispenser as many times as you need. Replenish your health and go to the stairs. Be careful because you will be attacked by the second soldier near the drawbridge. You should consider using the VATS system during close range combat, however, a lot will depend on how many points you have spent on the "Small Weapon" skill.
Obviously, now you have to use the big bridge to get to the other side of the canyon. When you arrive at your new location, turn right and head for the stairs. Keep moving up, but get closer to the end. There is a Chinese soldier patrolling the upper platform and you will have to get rid of him. Turn right and you will find a small hiding place nearby. Use the new health dispenser and take two items - a mine and a sniper rifle. Make sure to create shortcuts for new additions to your inventory, because you'll want to change your active arsenal frequently.
Return to the upper platform. You have to be careful here because new Chinese soldiers have arrived in the area. The enemy soldier will cross the bridge and the path you took to get here. I strongly recommend that you kill them before they get on your platform. Do not forget that it is advisable to use a scope when shooting with a sniper rifle. Aim for their heads and don't leave this area until they are eliminated. You can continue walking north.
When you get to the new room, start by killing three enemy soldiers. One of them will stand directly in front of you (a small balcony), and the other two can be found on the left (a large chimney). Make sure you kill them and spend some time looking around. There are several valuable items here, including mines, grenades, and a Chinese assault rifle. You should also use a cartridge dispenser. It works the same way as for the health dispenser, but replenishes ammo for your most common weapons.
